BOOKING PROCEDURE

To reserve a private boat charter, you can either submit an online request through our website www.dreamboat.gr or contact us by calling or messaging at +306949684457.

For the Client, the booking is considered confirmed once payment is made by the Client or their representative.

For the Company, the reservation is finalized when the full payment is credited to our account. After this, we will confirm the booking via email and provide the Client with all the details, such as the itinerary, the number of participants, and the amount received.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments must be completed before the activity takes place. Clients can make payments using credit cards or cash. Following the transaction, the Client will receive a notification from our automated banking system. Our electronic payment platform for POS and e-Commerce processes all card transactions, employing TLS 1.2 encryption with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This encryption ensures that the information remains secure until it reaches the intended recipient, who can decode it with the proper key.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After the payment is processed, the reservation is confirmed. The Client will then receive an email with confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel an activity if uncontrollable circumstances make it impossible or unsafe to proceed, such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure events. In these cases, the Client will receive a full refund.

Should there be poor weather conditions or other last-minute factors, the Company may suggest rescheduling the cruise or service. It is up to the Client to accept or decline the proposed changes. If the Client cannot attend on the new date, they will be entitled to a full refund.
